The reinforced concrete structure's works continues. The slab of -2 floor is concluded and the preparation of -1 floor slab is taking place.

In February, work began on the interior carpentry of the apartments, namely kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and doors.
In January, a very important milestone was reached in FÁBRICA 1921, with the completion of the first phase of rehabilitation of the old façade. This façade preserves the memory of Fábrica Simões and, with its renovation, begins a new chapter.
The placement of wooden floors inside the apartments began, as well as the installation of wardrobes.
This month, the peripheral containment wall was completed and the excavation process and respective anchorages started.
