Fábrica 1921 has been recognized with the National Urban Rehabilitation Award 2023. The Fábrica development, with 58,859 m2 and 162 residential units, represents one of the major rehabilitation and urban regeneration projects in the city of Lisbon. The project was based on the motto “Renovate the Neighbourhood. Retell the Story.
